Invest in Her Future.

In 2008, Imran Khan founded a university in one of Pakistan's most underserved regions with a conviction that talent has no postcode. Eighteen years later, one statistic tells the story better than any speech ever could.

The Problem and Vision

When resources are scarce, families are often forced to choose. In Pakistan, that choice often favours a son's education first, reflecting the social and economic realities many families face.

Namal was founded on a different belief: every mind in Mianwali deserves the chance to grow, regardless of gender or geography. Today, that belief is visible in the numbers. 51% of Namal's students are women, a figure that reflects exactly what the university set out to achieve from the start.

The evidence speaks for itself.

"Over the years I have had the privilege of meeting young minds from across the country. At Speridian Technologies, we have welcomed several Namal interns and graduates. They are exceptionally talented, hard-working, and in skills, often ahead of experienced teammates. One inspiring example is Humaira Bibi, who joined us as an intern. She was competent and quickly exceeded expectations. We extended a full-time offer and later supported her in pursuing higher studies abroad. Supporting Namal is an investment in the future of Pakistan. Every student is an opportunity, and we are all here to provide them with that chance."

"I visited Namal with my parents and discovered it offered full scholarships. That was the moment I knew my dreams were within reach. Those four years were the best of my life: the learning, the growth, the exposure to real industry. Today I am a Software Engineer working on US-based projects. When you educate a daughter, a nation moves forward."

"I want to be a reason other young women from my area believe it is possible. I came from interior Sindh to Punjab and today I am building my career in Lahore. I am a living example that distance, and doubt, can both be overcome. If I can do it, so can you."
